These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the 98bet platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By registering an account on 98bet or accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

98bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

All 98bet services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. You must confirm your age at the time of registration. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. If 98bet finds any discrepancy in a member's age verification, it reserves the right to immediately suspend that account.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

98bet operates targeting the Bangladesh market. It is entirely your responsibility to verify that online gaming activities are legally permitted in the region or country from which you are accessing the platform.

1.3 Personal Use

Each member shall use 98bet solely for their own personal and recreational purposes. Betting or gaming on behalf of third parties, operating professional syndicates, or using an account for commercial interests is prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If 98bet detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses earned.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, mobile number, date of birth, and financial details — must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Password & Access Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. 2.4 Verification Process (KYC)

98bet may verify a member's identity at any time. As part of this process, a national ID card, mobile banking details, or other documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

98bet currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Methods outside this list are not currently supported.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal

Each withdrawal request must be for a minimum of ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Any withdrawal request may be subject to a full security review.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable only on specific games — see the eligible games list on the promotions page.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• 98bet reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The 98bet VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Advancement to a higher tier is possible based on regular gaming activity.

5.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are independently verifiable. Once a round is completed, its result is final and cannot be changed.

5.2 Disconnection

98bet is not liable for any internet disconnection that occurs during gameplay. In the event of a dispute regarding an ongoing bet, the game server's records will be considered final. Use a stable internet connection to protect yourself from any loss caused by connectivity issues.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All odds may change in real time, and the odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events is conducted in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.4 Technical Errors

If a software error or bug causes an abnormal result or payout, 98bet reserves the right to void that round and recover any incorrectly paid amounts. The member will be notified.

98bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in a game.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bonuses or winnings.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members or staff of the platform.

If any irregular activity is detected, 98bet reserves the full right to cancel all winnings and bonuses associated with the relevant account and to forfeit the balance.

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.

11.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, any bonuses and winnings earned from them will be forfeited. 98bet will consider returning any legitimate deposit balance.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

98bet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

12.2 Member Notification

12.3 Entire Agreement

12.4 Severability

If any specific clause of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect and will not be affected in any way.
